Tobias the Therapy Dog Visits North

Tobias is a 1.5 year old Golden Retriever therapy dog. His job is to travel around the United States and give support to students, adults and families. Congratulations Lynne Jeffries!

North’s very own, Lynne Jeffries, is the 2017 recipient of the Outstanding African American Educator Award.  Jeffries received the award from the NAUW National Association of University Women Northshore Branch. Polar Express Pajama Jam!

To celebrate the holiday season, North Elementary had a hallway decorating contest. Grade levels decorated their hallways resembling scenes from the popular children’s movie the Polar Express. Rockin’ Out with Reading Power

Mr. Orbe, North Elementary School Principal, wowed the crowd with his lively performance of Jingle Bells and Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer at Reading Power’s holiday celebration.
